Cashing In on Customer-Centric Design

The Enterprise Bank and Trust building is a new 3,600 sf branch of the bank, located in the bustling town of Londonderry, NH. Enterprise Bank and Trust has a tradition of building homey, comfortable, open and contemporary buildings and spaces.

The project's site overlooks Route 102 and at the entrance of Woodmont Commons, the highly anticipated 80 acre live, work and play destination. The shopping plaza includes 603 Brewery & Beer Hall, Market Basket, New Hampshire State Liquor Store, TJ Maxx, Home Goods and ample parking.

The design offers primary views of the building and demands interest from the passing cars as they enter and exit the shopping plaza.

A major component of the new building is the layout accommodates public and private areas. The larger of the two peaks signify the public side.

This was also RWH’s first in-house REVIT project.

RWH teamed up once again with Charter Brothers for the construction - which was completed in a remarkable nine months.

During the June 14th Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Enterprise Bank CEO Jack Clancy stressed the importance of the new bank not only for Enterprise - as Londonderry marks its 27th bank and eighth New Hampshire location - but for helping create Southern New Hampshire as a community where people can truly work, shop and play.

“This is also [RWH]’s third Enterprise Bank with us,” noted Clancy as he highlighted RWH’s important role during the ceremony.
