The Eagle-Tribune revealed the recently accepted plan for a new mixed-use commercial building at the bustling intersection of Broadway, Shadow Lake Road, Range Road, and Lake Street in Salem, NH.
The Greater Salem community can look forward to a new five-unit, 10,261 sf retail building on Salem's bustling Route 28. The building will feature a coffee shop with a drive-thru, restaurants, and a 68-car parking lot - all conveniently located at 370-374 North Broadway.
Replacing the long-lived Salem Sign business on the Salem/Windham border, the current building owner was seeking to develop the site into an ultra-contemporary multi-tenant facility.
The desired aesthetic of the exterior features clean lines, and contemporary, non-symmetrical, and not monotonous unit bays.
Unique materials will be utilized; such as a metal panel that appears to be a sleek batton board wood and a white smooth metal panel for a stark contrast.
This new multi-tenant facility will bring a new edge to the current property and will no doubt become an iconic piece of Salem's architecture.
