RWH Designing 34 Unit Housing Project in Saco, ME

Mainebiz, a news source out of Portland, ME reported on the North Street Multi-Family project in Saco, ME RWH will design for Beylin Development.

The development will include 17 duplexes, offering a total of 34 three-bedroom units. The project is expected to be completed in two phases over 18 months.

The first phase will focus on establishing the water and sewer infrastructure, with plans to pave the roads by spring.

After that, the construction of the units is projected to take about a year.

These residential units will feature high-quality finishes and energy-efficient systems.

“The gist is to incentivize long-term investment in communities. It’s not the type of thing where people get in and get out quickly. Beylin Development is not looking for quick investments. They’ll be here for the long term,” read the article.
