A new dining option, Happy Dumpling, has opened in West Lebanon NH’s Powerhouse Plaza along Route 12A in late 2024.
The restaurant was in a former liquor store and needed to under go significant renovations to house the new eatery.
The space required the installation of a 24’ hood; ventilator; stove; fryer; and other kitchen equipment to prepare hot food.
The project also required mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. A new panel for electrical service was also part of the scope. Additionally, the Engineer included design of interior grease trap.
Happy Dumpling operates similarly to Five Guys, with customers being able to choose after they receive their food if they want to stay and eat or take their food to go.
The restaurant is managed by the husband-and-wife duo Michael Liu and Jaycee Yu, and proudly serves a variety of delectable dumplings, rice bowls, and noodles to customers in this vibrant locale.
