Daisy Cleaners came to RWH because they were being forced to relocate into an existing 4,000 sf building located on Main Street. Daisy Cleaners was able to lease 2,000 sf of the existing building and an additional 2,000 sf on the upper level. RWH was tasked with providing a new entry for Daisy Cleaners as well as an efficient floor plan that would house their cleaning equipment as well as provide efficient pick up for their clients. In order to achieve these requested RWH modified the west elevation to incorporate a glass storefront system creating a more inviting from entrance. A small addition was required at the rear of the building to house a large hot water boiler and other mechanical equipment need for the equipment the cleaning company would require. On the east side of the building, a drive-thru drop off door was installed for customer convenient and efficiency in cleaners process.
