A former Fuddruckers located at the end cap of the diverse tenant mix of The Village Mall in Methuen, MA was amended to Ellie's Farmhouse Restaurant. The former vibrant-colored fast food burger chain interior is now the home to a modern, airy farm-to-table restaurant. Efforts to bring this project to life included a study to figure out what elements of the space could remain and be reused and what would need to be changed to accommodate a new sit-down restaurant. The exterior of this project also underwent an extreme aesthetic renovation, resulting in a clean white finish with bold black metal roofing and awnings that stand out in stark contrast with their signage. This space went from being bold and red, to tasteful and clean.
